Source hierarchy
Official product pages and current labels are used for label-facing facts. NIH, NCCIH, FDA and indexed research sources are used for independent context. Manufacturer positioning is labelled as positioning, not treated as independent evidence.
Product research fields
Each product profile records the disclosed active ingredients, amounts, other ingredients, serving direction, source language, last-checked date, possible mechanism, intended health-goal readers, potential benefits, adverse effects, contraindications and related products. Missing values are not invented.
Translation and review
English is the source language for the current product set. Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese are original editorial translations that preserve uncertainty, warnings and source links. A translated page must not strengthen a claim that is cautious in English.
- Every locale has a stable URL.
- Technical ingredient names remain traceable to the source label.
- The latest checked date is visible on product source trails.
Health-claim boundary
The site does not diagnose, promise outcomes, or present supplements as substitutes for medical care. Persistent, severe or alarming symptoms are directed toward appropriate professional evaluation.
